This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Order No 2.

Heard learned counsel for both the Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i). To quash the order dated 17.2.2022 under Annexure-9.

(ii) To direct the opposite parties to promote the petitioner to the post of Panchayat Executive Officer in Nabarangpur district as per provisions made under Odisha Village Level Workers (Recruitment and Conditioins of Service) Rules, 2008 read with Amended Rules, 2012 & 2013.

(iii) To direct the Opp.Party No.2 to take a decision on the letter dtd. 20.05.2021 under Annexure-6.

(iv) To direct the Opposite Parties to grant all financial and consequential benefits flowing from the date of promotion.

(v) To pass such pass such other order / orders as would be deemed fit and proper".

Taking into account the nature of claim made in the Writ Petition and the prayer made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Petitioner is permitted to make a individual

// 2 // representation before Opp. Party No.4 within a period of 10(Ten) days from today.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No. 4 in accordance with law and by following the office order passed in respect of similarly situated persons under Anenxure-10. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
