Heard Mr. D.N. Pattnaik, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 24.09.2014 passed in O.A. No.1439 of 2010, by which the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar disposed of the said O.A. directing the State-opposite parties to complete the enquiry by conducting day to day hearings within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order, subject to cooperation from the petitioner.

While entertaining the writ petition, this Court has not passed any interim order. As such, it is stated that the departmental proceeding initiated against the petitioner has been concluded in the meantime. 5.

In that view of the matter, nothing remains to be decided in this case. However, if any cause of action still survives, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the authority, in accordance with law.

With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
