It is submitted by Mrs. Saswata Pattnaik, learned Addl. Government Advocate that the victim girl, who happens to be the daughter of the present petitioner, has been rescued by the Police in the meantime and was handed over to the competent CWC. The CWC, after proper enquiry, has given custody of the victim girl to the elder brother of the petitioner.

In view of such fact, nothing survives for consideration of the present WPCRL. The WPCRL is accordingly disposed of. 5.
