2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State.
3. The Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Joda P.S. Case No.67/2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.224/2022 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Barbil for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 147/148/149/186/294/307/323/341/353/332/506/153-A/120-
// 2 // B/295-A of the I.P.C. and Section 7 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act.
4. Considering the nature of allegations and materials on record, it is directed that on surrendering before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, the Petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be deemed fit and proper by the said Court.
5. The ABLAPL is, accordingly, disposed of.
6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
