1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.
2. Mr.B.K.Sahoo, learned counsel has already entered appearance for the informant by filing Vakalatnama. The same is already on record.
3. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State and learned counsel for the informant.
4. The Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Nayagarh P.S. Case No.46/2022 corresponding to G.R. Case
// 2 // No.237/2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Nayagarh for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 493/420/294/506/34 of I.P.C. and Section 4 of the D.P. Act.
5. Learned counsel appearing for the informant vehemently objects the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the nature of allegations and materials on record, it is directed that on surrendering before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, the Petitioners shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be deemed fit and proper by the said Court.
7. The ABLAPL is, accordingly, disposed of.
8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
