2. The matter is of the year 2016 wherein the Petitioners seeks direction from this court for passing appropriate order on the impugned order dated 02nd November, 2015 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Nayagarh in Crl. Misc. Case No.04 of 2013 by quashing the same and for direct ion to pay litigation expenses of Rs.20,000/-.

3. Keeping in view the age of the case and in absence of any interim order and further that no order as to cost of litigation has been awarded by the court concerned while passing the order in the revision, there is no point in keeping this CRLMC alive in absence of the same being persuaded, dismiss accordingly.
