1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3. The Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Gadisagoda P.S. Case No.107/2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.199/2022 pending in the court of learned Gramina Nyayalaya, Brahmagiri for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 341/294/323/427/379 /324/325/506/ 354/34 of I.P.C.

Considering the nature of allegations and materials on record, it is directed that on surrendering before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, the Petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be deemed fit and proper by the said Court.
5. The ABLAPL is, accordingly, disposed of.
6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
