Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

Considering the fact that the seized contraband is more than commercial quantity being 66 Kg of ganja and the same appears to have been recovered from the exclusive and conscious possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore rejected. 4.

BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
