This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that though he was all along present for reasons best known the charge sheet was filed showing him as an absconder.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that during the pendency of this CRLMC, he has been released on bail. 5.
Hence, the CRLMC is disposed of as withdrawn. 6.
It is noted that the co-accused persons have been acquitted by order dtd. 27.07.1989 by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge in S.T. No. 19/127 of 1988 passed by learned Asst. Sessions Judge, Kendrapara.

Taking note of such submissions and being cognizant of the fact that, the petitioner is a senior citizen, this Court directs
that the learned Trial Court to dispose of the case vis-à-vis the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the production of this order. 8.
The Registry is called upon to communicate the order to the learned Court below.

The matter is disposed of accordingly.
