This application has been filed for correction of the name of the counsel appearing for opposite parties 1 and 2 in the cause title of the order to the effect that in place of "Mr. R.K. Ghose", it should have been reflected as "Mr. R.K. Bose".

Prayer is allowed and the name of the counsel for opposite parties 1 and 2 be corrected and read as "Mr. R.K. Bose" in place of "Mr. R.K. Ghose".
