This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though she has preferred an appeal before the Additional District Magistrate, Bolangir-opposite party no.3 numbered as Administrative (ICDS) Appeal No. 15 of 2017 (Annexure-6) ventilating her grievance relating to selection of Anganwadi worker of village Ghodar, the same is yet to be disposed of for which the petitioner is prejudiced.

Considering the limited nature of grievance and keeping in view the revised guidelines relating to appointment of Anganwadi workers, this Court directs the Additional District Magistrate, Bolangir-opposite party no.3 to dispose of the aforesaid appeal within a period of six weeks from the date of
receipt/production of the certified copy of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all the affected parties.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. 6.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
