1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3. The Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Sabarang P.S. Case No.67/2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.891/2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 498A/323/294/506/34 of I.P.C. read with section 4 of the D.P. Act.

Considering the nature of accusations and the facts of the case while not being inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioners, the ABLAPL is disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioners to surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak, in the aforesaid case in the first hour and to move for bail and in case of rejection thereof, they shall be at liberty to move the higher forum for bail in the second hour, which shall be disposed of on the same day.
5. The case diary and other documents be made available at the cost of the Petitioners.
6. The ABLAPL is, accordingly, disposed of.
7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
