The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sector-7 P.S. Case No. 126 of 2021 corresponding to S.T. Case No. 28 of 2021, pending on the file of the learned 1st Addl. Sessions Judge, Rourkela, for commission of the alleged offence under Sections 302/201/120-B/34 of the I.P.C.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned 1st Addl. Sessions Judge, Rourkela, by order dated 18.04.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the nature of the allegation and manner in which offence was committed at the instance of the petitioner which is clearly borne out from the materials produced by the learned counsel for the Stae including the statements of

Chakradhara and Bhola, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands rejected.
