This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

The decision of the Supreme Court in the cases of Yogendra Kumar Jaiswal and others vs. State of Bihar and others with Ramendra alias Raman Dhuldhue vs. State of Madhya Pradesh with Balbhadra Parashar vs. State of Madhya Pradesh, reported in (2016) 3 SCC 183 and also in view of the amendment carried out in Section-18 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, the petitioner has noticed substantial change in the circumstances, which require him to amend the writ petition, instead he would press to withdraw the writ petition with liberty reserved to file a fresh petition. He seeks leave in this regard.

This writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same subject matter and also by incorporating the subsequent developments and making necessary change in the reliefs.
