This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/ Physical Mode).

The Hon'ble Bombay High Court in Company Petition No.464 of 2011 had passed order on 18th April, 2019 for production of the present petitioner before the said Hon'ble Court on 20th June, 2019 at 3.00 p.m. That order was, however, not complied with. Again on 12th March, 2020, order has been passed to produce the petitioner before the Hon'ble Bombay High Court on 24.04.2020. That order has also not been complied with. In the order passed on 12.03.2020, the order of the Bombay High Court has been referred to the Registrar General of this Court for putting up the matter before Hon'ble the Chief Justice in the administrative side to do the needful.

We, therefore, do not intend to interfere in the order passed by the Hon'ble Bombay High Court in judicial side. The competent Court is directed to comply with the order of the Hon'ble Bombay High Court.

With the aforesaid observation, the WPCRL is disposed of. 6.
