For the impugned order involved herein, no Civil Writ Petition is entertainable. In course of argument, Mr.Das, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach in appropriate writ petition. Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn but however with liberty as prayed for.
