Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This I.A. is filed for modification of order passed on 05.08.2022.

Taking into account the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the recitals in the I.A., P.S. Case number bearing in Paragraph-3 and 4 of the order dated 05.08.2022 shall stand corrected as Angul Sadar P.S. Case No.707 of 2021 and the date of custody as mentioned in Paragraph-4 to be read as 08.11.2021 instead of 12.06.2022 is reflected. 5.

With such modification the I.A. stands disposed of. 6.

Rest of the order remains unaltered.

The inconvenience caused to the petitioner is regretted. 8.
