1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to urge all the points raised in the present application at the appropriate stage in accordance with law.
2. The CRLMC is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The interim order dated 6th May 2013 passed in the present application stands vacated. It will be open to the Petitioners to request the Trial Court for expeditious disposal of the case in question.
