Instant I.A. is filed for extension of period for the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below in compliance of the direction in CRLMC No.3007 of 2015.

For the reason stated therein, I.A. stands allowed. 3.

Consequently, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Konark on or before 10th February, 2023 in connection with Gop P.S. Case No.88 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. Case No.563 of 2015 in compliance of the Court's direction dated 17th November, 2022 passed in CRLMC No.3007 of 2015. 4.

Rest part of the order shall remain unaltered. 5.

The I.A. is accordingly, disposed of.
