Heard learned counsel for the Appellant.

This I.A. has been filed for modification of order dated 17.05.2022.

Perused the recitals in the I.A.

Considering the same, it is directed that the amount lying in deposit in this Court i.e., Rs.25,51,319/- since 03.03.2015 along with accrued interest be refunded to the Appellant-Insurance Company, since the order in terms of the direction passed in the Lok Adalat dated 17.05.2022 has already been complied with.

Paragraph-5 of the order dated 17.05.2022 accordingly stands modified.

Registry is requested to refund the aforesaid amount along with accrued interest lying in deposit in terms of the earlier order dated 12.03.2015 along with the statutory deposit and accrued interest as stated in Paragraph-5 of the order dated 17.05.2022 (Lok Adalat). 7.

Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.
