1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Mr.A.K.Chaudhury, learned counsel has already entered appearance for the informant by filing Vakalatnama. The same is already on record.

3. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant.

4. The Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Bentkar P.S. Case No.76/2022 corresponding to G.R. Case

// 2 // No.952/2022 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Cuttack for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 465/467/468/471/294/506 of I.P.C.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the informant vehemently objects the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the nature of allegations and materials on record, it is directed that on surrendering before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, the Petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be deemed fit and proper by the said Court including the condition that the Petitioner shall appear before the I.I.C. of Bentkar P.S., on every Monday at 10.00 A.M. till submission of final form and further he shall cooperate with the investigation and make himself available as and when required by the I.O..

7. The ABLAPL is, accordingly, disposed of.

8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
