1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3. The Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Jharsuguda P.S. Case No.435/2021 corresponding to C.T.(Spl.) Case No.42/2021 pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Jharsuguda for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 20(b)(i)(c)/25/29 of NDPS Act. It is submitted that the co-accused persons have already been released on bail.

4. Considering the nature of accusations and the facts of the case while not being inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner, the ABLAPL is disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to surrender before the learned Special Judge, Jharsuguda in the aforesaid case and move for bail, which shall be disposed of on the same day having due regard to the principles of parity.
5. The case diary and other documents be made available at the cost of the Petitioner.
6. The ABLAPL is, accordingly, disposed of.
7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
