2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioners does not want to press the anticipatory bail application of Petitioner No.1-Kirti Ch.Bhoi. Accordingly, his application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as not pressed.

4. In so far as Petitioner No.2-Debilal Bhoi is concerned, he is apprehending arrest in connection with Bongomunda P.S. Case No.44/2019 corresponding to S.T. Case No.19/2020 pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Kantabanji for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 302/201/34 of I.P.C.

4. Considering the nature of accusations and the facts of the case while not being inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner No.2-Debilal Bhoi, the ABLAPL is disposed of granting liberty to him to surrender before the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Kantabanji in the aforesaid case in the first hour and to move for bail and in case of rejection thereof, he shall be at liberty to move the higher forum for bail in the second hour, which shall be disposed of on the same day.

5. The case diary and other documents be made available at the cost of the Petitioner No.2.

6. The ABLAPL is, accordingly, disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
