1. With the age of the present Appellant being shown as 34 years at the time the writ petition was filed by the Respondent No.5 in 2010, at present the Appellant would be nearly 46 years old. The upper age limit for appointment of an Anganwadi Worker is 44 years.

2. On that short ground, the appeal has been rendered infructuous and it is disposed of as such. The question of law is left open for a decision in some other appropriate case.
