This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order dated 7th May, 2012 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Phulbani in CRP No.18 of 2011 vide Annexure-2 vis-à-vis the order dated 11th August, 2011 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Baliguda in Misc. Case No.70 of 2008 vide Annexure-1.

It appears that the Petitioner has challenged the order under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Baliguda in the aforesaid Misc. Case enhancing the monthly maintenance awarded which has been confirmed in the aforesaid revision.

Considering the paltry amount awarded, which has been confirmed in the revision, this petition which is in guise of the second revision is devoid of merit.

Accordingly, the CRLMC stands dismissed.
