This writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated 13th July, 2020 (Annexure-2) passed by the Revenue Divisional Commissioner-Opposite Party No.1 in OSSARC No.152/2018. 3.

Mr. Achary, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that interest of justice will be best served, if the Petitioner approaches the Revenue Divisional Commissioner for redressal of his grievance. Hence, he has filed a memo (at Flag-A) for withdrawal of the writ petition.
