2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State.

3. The Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Kasia Marine P.S. Case No.50/2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.374/2022 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Basudevpur for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 3541/323/324/307/506/34 of I.P.C.

Considering the nature of allegations and materials on record, it is directed that on surrendering before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, the Petitioners shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be deemed fit and proper by the said Court.

5. The ABLAPL is, accordingly, disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
