Learned Counsel for the Petitioner files an Affidavit on behalf of the Petitioner in Court today, which is taken on record. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State as well as learned Counsel for the Informant. 4.

Considering the submissions and on going through the affidavits of the Petitioner as well as the victim as regards their present status of living; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with Bari Ramchandrapur P.S. Case No.105 of 2016 corresponding to Special G.R. Case No.161 of 2016 pending on the file of the learned Special Judge, Jajpur, within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
