In filing this C.M.P. the Petitioners being Defendant Nos.39 & 40 in the lower court proceeding, pray for early disposal of the C.S.No.266 of 2018 pending before the Court of learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Angul.

Unfortunately issues in C.S. No.266 of 2018 are not framed as yet. This Court is, therefore, unable to target the suit. Liberty is, however, granted to the Petitioners to re-approach this Court for targeting the suit immediately after framing of the issues in C.S. No.266 of 2018. In the process, this Court also directs the trial court to take immediate steps for finalizing the suit vide C.S. No.266 of 2018 as there is inordinate delay in framing issues.
