Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The Petitioner is an accused in connection with Special (NDPS) Case No.125 of 2021 arising out of Bhadra Rural P.S. Case No. 436 of 2021 on the file of learned Special Judge-cum-Sessions Judge, Bhadrak, registered for the alleged commission of offence under Section 21(C)/29 of the NDPS Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Special Judge-cum-Sessions Judge, Bhadrak by order dated 21.04.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Taking into account the order passed by this Court dated 25.03.2022 and 6.07.2022 in BLAPL Nos. 10457&11052 of 2021 respectively, and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is prima facie similarly circumstanced, this

Court directs that the petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned court in seisin over the matter. 6.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
