This application has been filed with a prayer to stay operation of the transfer order passed by the Opposite Party No.1 on 12.07.2022 under Annexure-7.

Since challenging such order of transfer, the Petitioner has approached the Government-Opposite Party No.1 on 15.07.2022 under Annexure-8, the Opposite Party No.1 is

// 2 // directed to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is directed to produce copy of this order before said opposite party within a period of seven days from the date of receipt from the Registry of this Court.

It is observed that till a fresh decision is taken by the Opposite Party No.1, status quo as on date with regard to the continuance of the petitioner be maintained by the parties. 5.

According, the I.A as well as Writ Petition are disposed of.
