1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. It is seen that the order of rejection was passed on 10th February, 2022 against which the Petitioner had approached this Court in BLAPL No.1710/2022, which was rejected by order dated 18th April, 2022. The present application has been filed impugning the same order.

4. It is submitted by Mr. P.C. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner, that the Petitioner was constrained to move this

// 2 // application as his wife is seriously ill and requires specialized treatment and, therefore, he needs to be released on interim bail.

5. Considering the fact that the original application itself is not maintainable, I am not inclined to entertain the same. The Bail application is disposed of as such. However, it is open to the Petitioner to approach the court below seeking interim bail.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
