Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Contempt Petition involves alleged non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 3.11.2020 passed in W.P.(C) No.15749 of 2020.

Mr.S.P.Panda, learned counsel for the Contemnors submits that not only there is initiation of proceeding in Demarcation Case No.29 of 2020 pursuant to the disposal direction in W.P.(C) No.15749/2020 but there has been even finality of such proceeding. 4.

Mr.S.D.Das, learned senior counsel for the Petitioner submits that even though his Client applied for certified copy of such development yet he has not been provided with any decision in response to such copy application.

Considering the statement of Mr.Panda, learned counsel for the Contemnors that there is already closure of Demarcation Case No.29 of 2020, this Court in disposal of the Contempt Petition

// 2 // observes, since the Demarcation Case No.29 of 2020 has come to an end and in the event, any copy application at the instance of the Petitioner is still pending, the same should be attended to and such Party be provided with copy of such order at least within a period of ten days from the date of the order.
