Mr. Routray, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant. He submits, his client's writ petition was disposed of by order dated 24th February, 2022 directing office of alleged contemner to consider and deal with his client's representation dated 10th July, 2019. In the show cause filed, there has been disclosed, inter alia, letter dated 10th August, 2022 rejecting his client's claim on damage to her plot, caused by contractors engaged by the administration. He submits, this amounts to contempt.

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of alleged contemner and submits,
// 2 // applicant's claim was looked into. There was inspection made by four members of a team (officers of the administration). No damage was found. Hence, the claim was duly considered and rejected. He tenders unqualified apology on behalf of his client, for delayed compliance. 3.
The direction in order dated 24th February, 2022, was to consider and deal with applicant's representation dated 10th July, 2019. That appears to have been done. In event applicant is aggrieved, applicant must challenge the decision.

The apology is accepted as also the compliance. The contempt proceeding is dropped.

The application is disposed of.
