This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
Order No 2.
Heard learned counsel for both the Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- " Directing the Opp.Party No.2, to regularize the service of the petitioner from 12.07.2020 and in case opp.parties do not show cause or shows insufficient or wrong cause the Hon'ble court be kind enough to make the rule absolute directing the Opp.Party No.2 to take appropriate steps for regularizing the service of the petitioner from 12.07.2020 and further be pleased to direct to grant all other consequential benefit along with interest".

Taking into account the nature of claim made in the Writ Petition and the prayer made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before Opp. party No.2 within a period of two weeks from today.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed by the
// 2 // Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.2 in accordance with law and also in the light of the G.A. Department resolution dated 07.09.2013 within a period of the three months from the date of filing of such representation. The order so passed by Opp. Party No.2 be communicated to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
