ORDER

1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement. 2 . Heard.
3. This CONTC has been filed by the Petitioner for noncompliance of the order dated 01.07.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.18757 of 2021 by the incumbent Contemnor.
4. In such view of the matter, the incumbent Contemnor is directed to comply the order dated 01.07.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.18757 of 2021 within a period of thirty days from the date of communication of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. The
// 2 // Petitioner shall file a copy of this order along with a selfaddressed envelope with sufficient postage stamp before the incumbent Contemnor within a period of fifteen days hence.
5. Needless to say that if the incumbent Contemnor fails to do as directed above, he/ she shall be personally present in Court. The Petitioner is granted liberty to make an application before this Court in the present contempt petition for restoration.
6. Accordingly, this CONTC is disposed of being dropped.
