This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to give promotion to the petitioner to the post of Senior Clerk and to extend all service and financial benefits from the date juniors to him have been promoted to Senior Clerks. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that during pendency of the writ petition since the petitioner has already been extended with promotion and the only grievance of the petitioner is pertaining to retrospective promotion, he may be permitted to approach the authorities by filing a fresh representation ventilating his grievance. 5.
In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with the direction that in case the petitioner, with regard to his grievance files a fresh representation before the authority concerned within fifteen days
hence, the said authority shall consider and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation along with the certified copy of this order.
