This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The prayer for modification has been made on the ground that the condition to appear before the I.I.C of Laxmisagar Police Station on every Sunday at 10.00 A.M. till conclusion of trial has proved to be difficult for the petitioner to comply as he is a resident of Balasore District.

Considering the submissions as above, the prayer for modification is allowed to the extent that instead of I.I.C of Laxmisagar Police Station, he shall appear before the I.I.C of Soro Police Station on every alternative Sunday at 10.00 A.M, till conclusion of trial and such fact shall be certified by the I.I.C. to the concerned Court once in a month with other conditions in the said order remaining the same. 5.

The I.A is accordingly disposed of.
