Heard Mr. Manoranjan Mohapatra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. U.K. Samal, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner files this writ petition seeking to quash the order of recovery under Annexure-3 and not to charge the patato seed cost to the tune of Rs.54,015/- on the petitioner. 4.
Mr. Mr. Manoranjan Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that since there was a direction for recovery of amount, the petitioner had approached this court in the present writ petition.

Mr. Balabantaray, learned Standing Counsel contended that though the order was passed on 21.04.1999, but the recovery was made in the year 2001 because of the investigation and consideration of the representation of the petitioner. 6.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and going through the records, since recovery has already been made, this
writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority, if any cause of action still subsists and if he is so advised.
