1. Considering that the Petitioner is already at the verge of Order No.
retirement and the order under challenge is only an order taking cognizance, the Court does not consider it appropriate to interfere with the proceedings at this stage. Leaving it open to the Petitioner to raise all the pleas raised in the present petition at the appropriate stage, the petition is disposed of.
2. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.
3. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
