The petitioner files this writ petition seeking to quash the tender awarded in favour of opposite party no.5 by opposite party no.4 on 02.11.2016 in connection to Tender No. 2050 dated 03.10.2016 and to direct opposite party no.4 to award the tender in favour of the petitioner.

Mr. Asutosh Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that he has no instruction in this matter. 5.

In any case, since the tender period has already been over, the prayer made in this writ petition has become infructuous. It is open to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate authority, if any cause of action, still survives.

With the aforesaid observation/direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
