Heard the learned counsel for the Parties.

This Court finds no satisfaction on the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner, so far it relates to sanction involving second floor of the house. Attempt of the counsel through Annexure-4 to satisfy that there has been already permission for second floor, perusal of such document, this Court finds the approval involving only the ground and first floor. Though this Court is not satisfied with the claim of the Petitioner herein however pursuant to notice at Annexures-8 and 10, since the Petitioner has raised her objection vide Annexure-9 and 11 respectively. This Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs the Municipal Authority, in the event there is no final outcome on Annexure-8 and 10 as of now and in the event it is in receipt of the objections at Annexure-9 and 11 there should be final outcome of the notice at Annexure-8 and 10, taking into consideration the objection of the Petitioner filed Annexure-9 and 11 with the opportunity to the
