The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Quash the impugned order under Annexure-2 by concurrently holding the same is bad, illegal and not sustainable or maintainable in the eye of law. (ii) And further be pleased to direct the opp.parties to reinstate the petitioner service by declare the suspension order is bad and illegal.

(iii) And pass such other order / orders, direction / directions as this Hon'ble Court deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case". 4.

He further submits that through highlighting her grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 04.04.2022 at Annexure-3 to the Writ Petition, before the General Manager (HRD) Odisha Gram Bank, Head Office Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar, (opposite party No.2)

// 2 // but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
