This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners as well as learned counsel for the State.

This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 21.10.2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid bail application.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that inadvertently it has been mentioned "G.R. Case No.185 of 2022" in the cause title as well as in the contents of the bail application instead of "G.R. Case No.507 of 2021" for which the said mistake has been crept into the 4th

paragraph of the aforesaid order dated 21.10.2022 passed by this Court. Accordingly, the same may be corrected.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to correct the cause title as well as contents of the bail application in Court today. 7.

Accordingly, the expression "G.R. Case No.185 of 2022" occurred in the 4th paragraph of the aforesaid order dated 21.10.2022 be read as "G.R. Case No.507 of 2021".

So far as the extension of time to surrender of the Petitioner before the Court of J.M.F.C., Umerkote is concerned, the time to surrender of the Petitioner is extended to another four weeks from today subject to deposit of a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court Bar Association within fifteen days hence and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of deposit. 9.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the stipulated time, time extended for the Petitioner to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

Rest part of the said order dated 21.10.2022 remains unaltered. 11.

I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
