This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the order dated 6th February, 2019 passed by the Collector Cuttack in Misc. Case No.68 of 2018, which relates to payment of compensation.

It appears that the grievance of the Petitioners is redressed by the District Judge concerned under the Indian Telegraph Act. 4.
