This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No. 244 of 2022, arising out of Balasore Sadar P.S. Case No.85 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C.(Rural), Balasore for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections- 294/323/307/354/506/34 of the I.P.C. 4.

Taking into account the recitals in the Case Diary as submitted by the learned Counsel for the State that, the injuries has been categorized as simple, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the

petitioners shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
