This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for modification of the order dated 06.12.2021 passed in Misc. Case No.1481 of 2015.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in page no.2 of the order dated 06.12.2021, the G.R. Case number has been mentioned to be 19/113 of 2013 but the G.R. Case number is 19 of 2013.

It is further submitted that though in page no.3 in the operative portion, it has been mentioned that

// 2 // the interim bail was granted for a period of three months but the next line it is mentioned that the petitioners shall surrender before the learned trial Court immediately on the expiry of four months period and therefore, the order may be modified accordingly.

Learned counsel for State has no objection.

Considering the submission, in page no.2, the G.R. Case number '19/113 of 2013' be read as G.R. Case number '19 of 2013' and in page no.4, the 'four months' shall be read as 'three months'.

With this modification, the rest part of the order dated 06.12.2021 passed in Misc. Case No.1481 of 2015 remains unaltered.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
