CORAM:
JUSTICE G. SATAPATHY Order No.
ORDER
12.12.2022 14.
1.
This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).
2.
Mr. A. Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioner casually submits that the Petitioner has surrendered in the meantime, but on perusal of record, it reveals that the Petitioner has not yet surrendered till 05.12.2022 and the Petitioner was granted interim bail by an order passed on 12.05.2022 in which he was supposed to surrender on 18.07.2022 as he availed the interim bail on 19.05.2022. 3.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, especially when the petitioner has failed to surrender after availing the interim bail and as a consequence thereof, NBWA was issued against the petitioner as reported by the learned Special Judge, Koraput, the present bail application has become infructuous and accordingly stands disposed of.
