This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 432 of 2022, arising out of Industrial (NISA) P.S. Case No. 72 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Banarpal for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections-499(A)/506 of the I.P.C. read with Section-4 of the D.P. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners places on record, copy of the F.I.R relating to Industrial (NISA) P.S. Case No. 72 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 432 of 2022 in the Court of
J.M.F.C., Banarpal in which the petitioner No. 3 has been cited as an accused.

The F.I.R. is taken on record.

Taking into account the nature of allegation, on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner No.3-Yudhisthira Biswal shall be released on bail. The learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

So far as petitioner nos. 1, 2, 4 to 7 are concerned, since no allegation has been made in the F.I.R., it is stated that they are also apprehending of arrest.

Considering the nature of allegation, it is directed that the said petitioners shall also be released on bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Industrial (NISA) P.S. Case No. 72 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 432 of 2022 in the Court of J.M.F.C., Banarpal. The learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper 9.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
