2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order dated 05.02.2013 passed by the learned S.D.J.M, Balangir in ICC Case No.78 of 2012 wherein the learned S.D.J.M has taken cognizance under Sections 506 IPC and Section 29 of the Police Act against him.

4. Considering the facts and the submissions made, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order.
5. Accordingly, the CRLMC stands dismissed. But liberty is given to the Petitioner to raise the contentions that the material collected is not sufficient to proceed against him, at the time of framing of charge. In that event, the court concerned shall consider the same in accordance with the law without being influenced by this order in any manner.
